For End Users (Customers of our Merchants): IntakePilot acts as a Data Processor. The shop or service provider (the "Merchant") you are interacting with is the Data Controller. We process your data (such as name, phone number, email, and chat transcripts) strictly to provide the booking service on behalf of the Merchant. If you wish to exercise your data rights (e.g., to delete your data), please contact the Merchant directly.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you register for a Merchant account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and shop details.

Payment Information: We use Stripe to process payments. We do not store your full credit card number or CVV. Stripe handles this information in accordance with their privacy policy.

Usage Data and Cookies: We collect automatically generated data about how you interact with our Services. This includes IP addresses, browser types, and operating systems. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve our Services.

• To provide, operate, and maintain our Services.
• To process transactions and send related information, including confirmations and invoices.
• To manage your account and provide customer support.
• To send administrative messages, technical notices, and security alerts.
